Job Description :
- Ensuring the provision and organization of consumable supplies within the office, offering support services for employees, managing the supply of office facilities and equipment, and supervising the maintenance of office equipment. Ensuring that all services adhere to company standards and overseeing the management of the office building through physical inspections.
Job Requirements :
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role is necessary.
- Excellent communication abilities in written and spoken English are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
- Experience in technical support (e.g., electrical systems, civil engineering, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience in managing and upkeeping office buildings and other facilities, including stationary supplies, furniture, air conditioning, etc., is advantageous.

COAL SOURCING & LOGISTIC – JAKARTA OFFICE
Job Description :
- Conducting current coal market analyses, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, presenting a catalog of thoroughly assessed mining recommendations/prospects following standard operating procedures (SOP). Overseeing coal procurement activities and engaging in commercial negotiations. Supervising and guaranteeing the seamless execution of coal supply aligned with the supply timetable outlined in the coal purchase agreement. Monitoring the quality of the procured coal.
Job Requirements :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a relevant field is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in Coal Sourcing within the Coal Mining Industries is necessary.
- Preferably possesses strong networking skills, a commercial mindset, and stays well-informed about updates in the coal market.
- Exhibits strong analytical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English are essential for collaborating within cross-functional teams and engaging with

COAL BLENDING & INVENTORY PLANNING ANALYST – JAKARTA OFFICE
- Enhance the planning, integration, and coordination across the Coal Supply Chain. Analyze data on Coal Production to ensure the quantity and quality align with the requirements of the Sales Team. Give priority to safety, environmental compliance, and customer satisfaction in operations to ensure efficient coal delivery.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mining Engineering, or Industrial Engineering is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Coal Business Industry is necessary.
- Possesses extensive knowledge and experience in Coal Supply Chain Management.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, etc.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, leadership, and presentation skills.

- Enhance the HSEC system by implementing mechanisms that support HSEC through both manual and digital approaches, aiming to enhance efficiency.
- Establish HSEC corporate standards to ensure consistency in implementation across corporate offices, mine sites, and business units, while also ensuring compliance with HSEC regulations, international and national standards, and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, or Informatics Management is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Coal Business Industry is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), particularly in the VISIO application, is essential.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English are crucial for collaboration within cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders.
- Good understanding of ISO standards (9001; 18001; 45001; 50001, etc.) and SMKP/SMK3 is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills in Environmental Impact Assessment, Mine Environmental Management, Mine Safety Management, Occupational Health
- Management, Business Process Management, and SOP & System Development are advantageous.
