Job Descriptions :

Execute the sales process
Prepare and issue quotations
Handle purchase orders (PO) received from customers
Manage invoices sent to customers
Maintain positive relationships with customers
Oversee the documentation process for incoming and outgoing goods
Ensure the quality and quantity of goods received and dispatched
Manage and maintain inventory in the warehouse

Requirements :

A minimum of a Diploma (D3) in any field
At least 2 years of experience in a related role
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong knowledge of work safety procedures and standards as per safety regulations
Good understanding of warehouse and inventory management
Exceptional communication and sales skills

ORDER HANDLER & PRODUCT SUPPORT

Job Descriptions :

Handle dealer orders from receipt to purchase proposal (review and execution)
Provide daily updates and confirmations on dealer order status
Manage Purchase Orders (PO) with the principal
Obtain estimates for parts orders
Monitor the progress of parts importation
Follow up with branches/sites on parts inquiries regarding price and stock availability
Address parts or technical questions from branches/sites
Follow up with the principal on parts discrepancy reports from branches/sites

Requirements :

Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in any field
Fresh graduate or 0-1 year of work experience
Proficiency in English is a plus
Strong communication skills
Capable of performing inventory calculations and analysis
Knowledgeable about parts catalogs and part number structures

Perform unit service and maintenance
Ensure customer and management satisfaction
Ensure the workshop is clean and adhere to safety regulations.

2-4 years of relevant experience

SERVICE OPERATIONS HEAD

Job Descriptions :

Oversee workshop and field operations comprehensively, encompassing both technical and administrative aspects.
Preserve customer satisfaction across retail and service contracts.
Assume accountability and ensure services align with all stakeholders.
Oversee and ensure Department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
Execute efficient operational management, providing prompt service at cost-effective rates.
Collaborate with the Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) team on safety-related concerns and the development of safety systems.

Requirements :

Diploma Degree (D3) or higher in any field is required.
At least 3 years of experience in a related field is necessary.
Proficiency in English is essential.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Job Descriptions :

Act as a technical consultant for customers, providing maintenance and support.

Offer feedback to the service supervisor regarding customer complaints related to technical problems.
Provide technical guidance to mechanics for unit repairs.
Make recommendations for modifications based on the principal’s guidelines.

Minimum requirement of a Diploma Degree (D3) from any discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
Proficiency in English is preferred.
