Saat ini PT Caterpillar Indonesia membuka lowongan kerja bulan Agustus 2024 untuk mencari sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas agar dapat bergabung bersama mereka dengan mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :
SENIOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (FABRICATION)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate detailed reports and records on production processes, tool performance, and inventory; communicate findings with management and offer recommendations for enhancing safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Develop, maintain, and update documentation related to operational procedures, as well as safety and quality standards; ensure that all processes and products comply with the required safety and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee and guide the daily activities of production line workers, assign tasks, facilitate coordination among various teams, ensure worker safety, and track performance.
- Train new employees, manage schedules and work-related conflicts, monitor safety protocols, and foster internal communication to build a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Manufacturing Operations: Understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to manage daily operations within a production facility or plant.
- Quality Management: Familiarity with quality management practices, tools, and techniques, and the ability to create and sustain an environment that meets organizational quality objectives.
- Planning and Organizing: Proficiency in task and resource planning, with the capability to structure and maintain work systematically, ensuring efficient completion of tasks.
- Manufacturing Safety: Knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing; the ability to identify potential hazards and implement necessary measures to comply with safety regulations, ensuring the protection of workers, the environment, and the facility.
Degree and Experience Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to operations.
- At least five (5) years of supervisory experience in manufacturing operations or fabrication.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours, including overtime and different shifts.
Physical Requirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):
- This position requires extensive physical activity within the plant, including climbing stairs and steps, lifting tools, and pushing and pulling equipment.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (ASSEMBLY)
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile detailed reports and maintain records on production processes, tool performance, and inventory; communicate insights with management and propose strategies to enhance safety, productivity, and quality.
- Prepare, update, and manage documentation related to operational procedures, safety, and quality standards; ensure that all processes and products adhere to the established safety and quality criteria.
- Manage and oversee the daily tasks of production line workers, assign duties, coordinate activities between teams, ensure their safety, and monitor their performance.
- Train new staff members, handle scheduling and work-related conflicts, enforce safety protocols, and promote effective communication to foster a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Manufacturing Operations: Understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to oversee daily operations within a production facility.
- Quality Management: Expertise in quality management practices, tools, and methodologies, with the ability to create and maintain an environment that meets the organization’s quality standards.
- Planning and Organizing: Strong skills in planning and organizing tasks and resources, with the ability to efficiently structure work and ensure systematic completion of tasks.
- Manufacturing Safety: Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing; ability to identify potential hazards and take necessary steps to ensure compliance with safety requirements, protecting workers, the environment, and the facility.
Degree and Experience Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a field related to operations.
- At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in manufacturing operations or assembly line management.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including overtime and shifts.
