INVENTORY MATERIAL COORDINATOR STAFF
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt of goods, ensuring both physical items and documentation are accurately handled.
- Supervise and review the distribution of goods, including transfers between warehouses and deliveries to end-users.
- Manage the Material Transfer process to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
- Coordinate the Material Request process to guarantee accurate documentation and monitoring.
- Maintain precise records of inventory transactions.
- Implement inventory control measures, such as cycle counting and reconciliation, to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is generally preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain roles is highly desirable, with a preference for experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and demands.
- Skills in analyzing inventory data, recognizing trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in managing inventory records, performing audits, and identifying discrepancies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
INVENTORY COORDINATOR STAFF
Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory levels across all products and warehouses to ensure alignment with planned targets and customer demand.
- Establish optimal inventory levels, reorder points, and safety stock levels to avoid stockouts while minimizing excess inventory.
- Analyze demand patterns, lead times, service level requirements, and historical data to create effective inventory replenishment strategies.
- Regularly review inventory aging to identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and take appropriate actions to resolve these issues.
- Supervise inventory storage practices to reduce instances of damage, loss, or misplacement through effective handling procedures.
- Apply inventory control techniques, such as cycle counting and reconciliation, to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is usually required.
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or procurement is generally required, with a preference for experience in the telecommunications sector.
- Ability to adapt and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and demands.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, forecasting demand, and optimizing inventory levels.
- Attention to detail in tracking inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring accuracy in records.
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts, including demand forecasting, lead times, safety stock, and inventory turnover, is crucial.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
ASSET COORDINATOR STAFF
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the dismantling process to track disassembled assets and ensure all necessary documentation and authorizations are completed.
- Supervise and manage the asset warranty claim process, ensuring timely submission of claims and effective follow-up with suppliers to expedite resolutions.
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of fixed assets, ensuring they are serviced efficiently throughout their lifecycle.
- Monitor and manage the fixed asset write-off process, ensuring proper documentation and authorization for write-offs, including disposal or sales procedures.
- Execute all dismantling, repair, and disposal activities in compliance with company procedures and policies.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a similar field is typically required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance management, facilities management, or a related field is usually required, with preference given to experience in the telecommunications sector.
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and demands.
- Strong understanding of technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and other documentation related to fixed assets.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for coordinating maintenance activities with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze maintenance data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to enhance asset performance.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
