GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 2025
- The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 2-year initiative tailored for enthusiastic graduates to immerse themselves in various business functions that are crucial to the e-commerce and digital financial services sectors at Shopee and SeaMoney.
- Participants will undergo four carefully planned rotations, each lasting 6 months. By the conclusion of the program, you will have gained valuable experience in managing high-impact local projects and will have developed a comprehensive understanding of the business. Applications are accepted from August 15, 2024, to October 15, 2024.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree students in their 3rd year to final year, and recent graduates from any discipline with no more than 2 years of full-time work experience in any industry (as of October 15, 2024).
