Job Description:

  • The Officer Development Program (ODP) for Regional Business is designed to prepare you for leadership roles at various levels within Bank Mandiri. This program develops future leaders and professional Retail Bankers with expertise in areas such as retail funding, lending, transactions, and customer service. You will receive comprehensive training from experienced bankers and leaders, beginning with intensive classroom learning followed by on-the-job training and rotations across different departments. Your journey will include hands-on experience at branches, regional offices, or the head office, focusing on retail banking segments like deposits, wealth management, loans, and retail transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from a reputable local or international university in a relevant field
  • Minimum GPA:
    – Bachelor’s degree (S1): 3.00 on a 4.00 scale (or equivalent)
    – Master’s degree (S2): 3.20 on a 4.00 scale (or equivalent)
  • Age limit:
    – Bachelor’s degree (S1): Maximum 25 years old
    – Master’s degree (S2): Maximum 27 years old
  • Professional demeanor with strong networking and communication skills
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • No immediate family members (parents or siblings) employed at Bank Mandiri
  • Single, never married, and committed to staying unmarried for the first year of the program
  • Willing to be relocated across Indonesia

Required Skills:

  • Strong networking abilities with both formal and informal communication across various levels
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive in building connections, and participating in activities within and outside the organization to achieve objectives
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills to gather and assess relevant information comprehensively
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and persuasively to foster understanding and commitment from others
