GMF Aero Asia merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk, maskapai penerbangan nasional Indonesia, dan berdiri pada tahun 1984. GMF Aero Asia berfokus pada layanan MRO pesawat terbang, komponen, dan mesin pesawat, serta modifikasi dan perawatan peralatan darat (ground support equipment). Perusahaan ini melayani berbagai jenis pesawat komersial dan militer, dengan klien yang tidak hanya berasal dari dalam negeri tetapi juga internasional.
Layanan Utama GMF Aero Asia meliputi:
- Maintenance & Repair: Perawatan pesawat dan perbaikan teknis yang mencakup airframe, engine, dan komponen pesawat.
- Overhaul: Proses overhaul untuk memperpanjang umur pesawat, komponen, dan mesinnya.
- Line Maintenance: Perawatan rutin yang dilakukan langsung di bandara untuk memastikan pesawat siap terbang.
- Component Services: Layanan perawatan komponen pesawat, seperti landing gear, sistem hidraulik, dan avionik.
- Engine Services: Perbaikan dan overhaul mesin pesawat, salah satu bagian yang paling kompleks dari layanan MRO.
- Engineering Services: Layanan terkait modifikasi pesawat, konsultasi teknis, serta pengembangan infrastruktur teknis.

NDT INSPECTOR
Job Description:
- The Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspector at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) will conduct non-destructive tests on aircraft airframes, components, engines, and industrial gas turbine engine parts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) in a technical field.
- At least 6 years of experience in NDT.
- Maximum age of 32 years.
- Possession of at least 3 NDT Level 2 certificates in any standard or a combination, including advanced NDT certifications, or Radiography ISO 9712 (e.g., PT, MT, ET, UT, IRT, RT LEVEL 2, Etch Testing Level 2, Radiation Safety Officer (PPR Industry Level 1), Radiographic Operator, Radiography Specialist, or Advanced NDT).
- Valid English proficiency test scores from an official institution (certificate must be valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores: TOEIC 530, TOEFL ITP 425, or IELTS 5.

BUSINESS CONTRACT SPECIALIST
Job Description:
- The Business Contract Specialist at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) will play a key role in reinforcing the company’s legal standing and ensuring compliance during collaborations with various stakeholders (e.g., customers, vendors, sub-contractors, business partners). Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, with a focus on reducing legal risks and aligning with business policies.
Key duties include:
- Contract Drafting: Create drafts of agreements essential for the company’s MRO operations, including maintenance contracts, vendor agreements, memorandums of understanding, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
- Contract Review: Thoroughly review drafts from counterparties to ensure the company’s interests are safeguarded and objectives are met.
- Contract Advisory: Offer guidance on the most efficient methods or schemes for entering into contracts with counterparts.
- Contract Documentation: Ensure all executed agreements are recorded in the company’s registry and distributed to relevant parties as needed.
- Compliance with Company Policy: Ensure that all agreements comply with the company’s business processes and policies during preparation and negotiation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) in a law-related field.
- Maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience or a Fresh Graduate.
- Valid English proficiency test scores from an official institution (certificate must be valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores: TOEIC 530, TOEFL ITP 425, or IELTS 5.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and related software.
- Knowledge of aviation law and/or the aviation industry is an advantage.
