Perusahaan ini mampu memproduksi 5.500 unit excavator mid-size, dan mampu memproduksi 247 unit excavator large-size setiap tahunnya.PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia adalah cabang dari Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., yang merupakan salah satu produsen alat berat terkemuka di dunia, khususnya dalam industri konstruksi.
Perusahaan ini berfokus pada penyediaan berbagai jenis alat berat dan layanan terkait untuk pasar Indonesia. PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia menyediakan berbagai jenis alat berat, termasuk ekskavator, buldoser, wheel loader, dan dump truck. Produk-produk ini digunakan dalam berbagai aplikasi konstruksi, pertambangan, dan infrastruktur.

ACCOUNTING STAFF
Job Requirements:
- Must hold at least a Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in finance.
- Proficiency in arithmetic is essential.
- Must be familiar with computer administration, particularly Excel; experience with SAP or Oracle systems is a plus.
- English proficiency is required; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team, demonstrate resilience and persistence, be a hard worker, show initiative, attention to detail, and embrace challenges.
- Willingness to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – West Java.
DESIGN STAFF
Job Requirements:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; however, at least 1 year of experience as a design staff is preferred.
- Ability to create and interpret technical/engineering drawings is necessary.
- Experience with NX CAD software is advantageous.
- English proficiency is required; Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, be loyal, honest, and possess good analytical skills.
- Willingness to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – West Java.
DX/IT STAFF
Job Requirements:
- Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Informatics Engineering.
- Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of IT-related experience are eligible.
- Experience with system development, i-Reporter, Power BI, Postgre, and RPA is required.
- IT certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Must have good interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for network infrastructure operations, be disciplined, punctual, a quick learner, and detail-oriented.
- English proficiency is required; Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to work in Cibitung, Bekasi – West Java.
MAINTENANCE STAFF
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education of Vocational High School, Diploma 3, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of Jishou Hozen and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (intermediate level in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is necessary.
- English proficiency is preferred; Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrate loyalty, honesty, and hard work.
- Willingness to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – West Java.
PRODUCTION ENGINEERING STAFF
Job Requirements:
- Must hold at least a Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; however, 2 years of experience in engineering roles is preferred.
- Ability to create and interpret technical/engineering drawings is necessary.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD 3D software is required.
- Familiarity with design calculations for pressure vessels and ASME codes is a plus.
- English proficiency is essential; Japanese language skills are advantageous.
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, show loyalty, honesty, and good analytical skills.
- Willingness to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – West Java.
QUALITY ASSURANCE STAFF
Job Requirements:
- Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy or Industrial Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Fresh graduates or those with at least 1 year of experience in quality control are eligible.
- Knowledge or experience in basic programming, measuring skills using CMM, ULM, calibration systems, and using AutoCAD applications is required.
- Good English communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential; Japanese language skills are a bonus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Willingness to work in Cibitung, Bekasi – West Java.
JAPANESE INTERPRETER STAFF
Job Requirements:
- Must have a Diploma 3 in Japanese Literature.
- At least 3 years of experience as an interpreter and proficiency at JLPT N3 level is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Must be hardworking, disciplined, humble, target-oriented, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – West Java.
SAFETY STAFF
Job Requirements:
- Must hold at least a Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or Public Health.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HSE staff in a manufacturing company.
- Possession of a General K3 Expert certificate/AK3U issued by the Ministry of Manpower RI is required.
- Experience as a P2K3 Secretary is an advantage.
- Understanding of HIRA/JSA/Risk Management concepts is necessary.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 Audit and SMK3 is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience in making banner designs is preferred.
- English proficiency is required; Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrate loyalty, honesty, and good analytical skills.
- Willingness to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – West Java.
