PT PETRONAS Carigali Indonesia (PCI) adalah anak perusahaan dari PETRONAS, perusahaan minyak dan gas nasional Malaysia. PETRONAS Carigali Indonesia beroperasi di sektor eksplorasi dan produksi minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia. PCI terlibat dalam pengembangan sumber daya energi di berbagai wilayah Indonesia, termasuk di laut dan darat.

Sebagai bagian dari strategi global PETRONAS, PCI berkomitmen untuk mengelola sumber daya energi secara berkelanjutan dan efisien. Kegiatan utama PCI mencakup eksplorasi, pengeboran, pengolahan, serta distribusi minyak dan gas alam. PCI menjalankan kegiatan eksplorasi di beberapa blok minyak dan gas yang berada di wilayah Indonesia, baik di lepas pantai maupun daratan. Fokus utama mereka adalah menemukan cadangan baru dan mengoptimalkan produksi dari blok yang sudah ada.

Saat ini PT PETRONAS Carigali Indonesia membuka lowongan kerja bulan September 2024 untuk mencari sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas agar dapat bergabung bersama mereka dengan mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Provide and oversee General Affairs (GA) services such as hotel bookings, ticket arrangements, meeting setups, office supplies, and groceries for all departments at PCINO. Ensure all invoices under GA are collected for further payment processing and analysis, ensuring that all general services are delivered on time, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Services:

– Handle hotel reservations, ticket bookings, and meeting arrangements.
– Coordinate with vendors and staff to ensure services are delivered promptly and in line with company policies.

  • Office Facilities:

– Purchase and manage office supplies for both Jakarta and site offices.
– Track supply usage and report to vendors and on-site administrators.

  • Invoice Management:

– Collect and process invoices for general services.
– Organize payments and submit cost reports to the Finance department.

  • Communication Accounts:

– Manage communication services for expatriates, Heads of Departments (HoDs), and staff.
– Review claims and prepare monthly account reports.

  • Coordination:

– Communicate regularly with departments and external vendors.
– Gather feedback to ensure that general services run smoothly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in secretarial studies or a relevant qualification, with at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles,
  • preferably in the Oil & Gas industry or related fields.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Office, Canva, and Adobe software.
