Kegiatan Utama
- Sistem Informasi Penerbangan: PT Aero Systems Indonesia menyediakan berbagai solusi teknologi informasi yang dirancang khusus untuk industri penerbangan. Ini termasuk sistem manajemen untuk maskapai penerbangan, pengelolaan bandara, dan solusi teknologi untuk optimisasi operasional penerbangan.
- Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak: Mengembangkan perangkat lunak khusus untuk kebutuhan industri penerbangan dan transportasi. Ini meliputi aplikasi untuk pemantauan dan analisis data penerbangan, serta sistem manajemen yang terintegrasi.
- Layanan Konsultasi: Menawarkan layanan konsultasi untuk membantu perusahaan dalam mengimplementasikan dan mengelola sistem informasi yang kompleks, serta memberikan dukungan teknis dan strategis.
Saat ini PT Aero Systems Indonesia membuka lowongan kerja bulan Agustus 2024 untuk mencari sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas agar dapat bergabung bersama mereka dengan mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :
LEGAL OFFICER TRAINEE
Description:
- Acts as in-house legal counsel, offering legal advice to management and other staff regarding proposed actions and future plans.
- Prepares legal documents and drafts contracts pertinent to the company’s operations.
- Drafts, reviews, and interprets contracts and other documentation relevant to the company’s activities.
- Maintains and manages all legal documentation for the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, either a fresh graduate or with less than 1 year of experience.
- Familiarity with corporate laws, regulations, and rules applicable to the company.
- Strong legal writing and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work both internally and externally in a professional manner.
- Skills in conducting legal and factual research, and in preparing business letters, documents, and contracts.
- Understanding of Legal English structure and content.
- Willingness to engage in a 1-year on-the-job training program and commit to at least 2 years of employment following the training.
- Preferably available to start immediately (ASAP) and willing to be stationed at the ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area).
PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Description:
- Assisting the Project Management Department with administrative tasks.
- Handling fundamental project administration duties, including preparing project documentation, weekly activity reports, and organizing all project-related documents.
- Coordinating document reconciliation with other departments in relation to project standards and billing.
- Performing other specific tasks as assigned by the Project Management Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in the IT industry.
- Willing to participate in a 1-year Trainee Program.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Solid understanding of Project Management principles.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Preferably available to start immediately (ASAP) and willing to be located at the ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Area).
SENIOR ACCOUNTING ANALYST
Description:
- Develops, maintains, and analyzes budgets, and prepares periodic reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs, including Management & Performance Reports and supporting data.
- Prepares, reviews, and analyzes accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting and procedural standards.
- Conducts reviews of inter-company reconciliations in SAP.
- Provides input on accounting requirements and recommends, develops, and maintains solutions for business and financial issues, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Analyzes monthly departmental budget and accounting reports to manage expenditure controls.
- Compiles and reconciles all tax-related items, including tax received and WHT 23.
- Collaborates with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial accounting standards and proper account postings.
- Completes and monitors the quarterly consolidation package.
- Supports the General Manager in reviewing cost allocations in line with budget descriptions.
- Assists in preparing management reports for stakeholders.
- Maintains accounting records, filing systems, and computer files.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by superiors and the Accounting Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; a Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Experience in accounting or finance within the IT industry is advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to adapt to new environments and assignments.
- Willing to be based at the ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area).
