RAW MATERIAL & PACKAGING MATERIAL STAFF

Job Responsibilities:

Develop packaging designs for both domestic and export products.
Oversee design and packaging color checks and monitor production applications.
Prepare administrative and monitoring reports.
Coordinate with related departments.
Conduct packaging inspections at supplier locations.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Packaging Design.
At least internship experience in a relevant position.
Strong knowledge of food regulations and packaging.
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or other design tools.
Detail-oriented, quick learner, and possesses strong communication skills.
Willing to work at the Sukabumi Factory.

LOGISTIC – STORE STAFF

Job Responsibilities:

Receive and verify incoming goods.
Check actual goods against system data.
Perform periodic inspections of spare parts, supplies, and chemicals to ensure no expired items are stored.
Conduct quarterly stock-taking in collaboration with related departments.
Utilize a technology-based inventory management system.
Analyze spare parts categorized as fast-moving, slow-moving, or non-moving.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistic Management, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management.
Prior internship experience in a similar position (experience in manufacturing or retail companies is preferred).
Solid understanding of inventory systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Willing to work at the Sukabumi Factory.

BRAND COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE – FIBE MINI

Target Area: Pasar Rebo & Pulogadung

Objective:

Build trust in Fibe-Mini among healthcare practitioners focusing on hospitals and increase brand awareness and product trials among potential consumers in the designated areas.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and implement educational and engagement activities to enhance the brand’s credibility among healthcare professionals at hospitals.
Develop and execute on-ground initiatives to boost brand awareness and encourage product trials among local consumers.
Manage day-to-day activities in the designated area while ensuring brand consistency and exploring new platforms for brand presence.
Collaborate with relevant teams to design creative and clear activity concepts that promote brand credibility, awareness, and trials.
Integrate marketing efforts across all platforms, including digital, in-store, e-commerce, and collaborations with other teams.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) minimum.
Experience in brand education and on-ground activities.
Background in nutrition-related education is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Manage all administrative processes and vendor payments for the marketing team, including creating PO and PR for all brands, vendor registration, document organization and archiving, and handling Payment Request Form/Advance Request Form.
Coordinate with finance, accounting, and tax teams regarding marketing vendor payments.
Handle expense claim documents for the brand marketing team.
Provide administrative support and prepare budget usage reports for marketing activities.

ADMIN MARKETING INTERN

Requirements:

Minimum education of D3/S1 in Management or Administration.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word.

OTSUKA YOUNGSTAR – BRAND COMMUNICATION

What is Otsuka Young Star – Brand Communication?

Otsuka Young Star is an apprenticeship program within the Marketing Department designed to promote the benefits of POCARI SWEAT and ION WATER to the public. Participants will organize events and engage with people from diverse backgrounds across various channels, including sports, healthcare, youth, and moms.
Recruitment Roadshows will take place in Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, and Jakarta.

Requirements:

Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major.
Willing to be assigned outside their hometown or nationwide.
Must possess communication, presentation, analytical/critical thinking, creativity, and information-seeking skills.
Able to drive a manual car and hold a valid SIM A license.
Familiar with digital platforms.

SALES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Job Description:

The Sales Development Program is a leadership succession plan aimed at identifying high-potential candidates for Head of Area and Key Account positions. Through comprehensive training and development, participants can fast-track their career paths in the Sales Department with placements across Indonesia.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of work experience.
Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing principles.
Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Ability to drive a manual car and hold a valid SIM A license is preferred.
Willing to work in various locations across Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

Monitor daily sales activities through the internal POS system.
Oversee weekly updates on Salesman Merchandise Display photos and delivery processes.
Track weekly promotional material activities.
Monitor leader activities via the web platform.
Supervise customer data, including salesman route plans and re-validation processes.
Monitor effective calls, call activities, and salesman route plans.
Track salesman coverage by area.
Analyze transaction returns for sales orders by region and area.
Basic MySQL skills and an IT background are considered a plus.

MARKETING DESIGN INTERN – ORONAMIN C

Responsibilities:

Design graphics, videos, and copywriting content for digital advertisements, including social media and e-commerce platforms.

Possess skills in videography, photography, and copywriting.
Be proficient with basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN Editor, etc.).
