WAREHOUSE LEADER

Job Description:

Manage and supervise warehouse areas and inventory systems.
Oversee inventory levels and warehouse management.
Inspect and track deliveries.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (D3 or S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
1-3 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role or as a Warehouse Department Head.
Knowledgeable about warehouse inventory systems and operations.
Experienced in working in a dynamic, mobile environment.
Location: West Jakarta/Tangerang.

SALES COUNTER

Job Description:

Generate Sales Orders (SO).
Arrange for sales deliveries.
Monitor and verify stock levels in the warehouse.
Coordinate with Accounts Receivable for application processes.
Process orders following established procedures.
Accurately record transactions for incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma in any field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, such as Sales Counter or Sales Admin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, or ERP systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and precise in work.
Location: West Jakarta/Tangerang.

PRODUCTION LEADER

Job Description:

Oversee the complete production process, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring timely execution.
Ensure consistent application of work methods and compliance with health and safety standards (K3).
Prepare periodic production reports.
Responsible for meeting production targets set by management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production leadership role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
In-depth knowledge of production Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Location: West Jakarta/Tangerang.

LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

Plan and manage warehouse operations, including product mapping, storage needs, purchase orders, product picking (FIFO), and shipping.
Ensure all operations comply with SOPs.
Maintain accurate product inventory alignment between system records and physical stock.
Schedule monthly stock takes.
Monitor transportation systems to address delivery delays affecting projects or customer satisfaction.
Research and compare prices to select appropriate shipping options.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management.
At least 2 years of experience as a Logistics Supervisor in manufacturing, distribution centers, or warehouses.
Understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Skilled in data analysis, trend identification, and making data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Location: West Jakarta/Tangerang.
