PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation atau yang lebih dikenal sebagai Susi Air, adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang didirikan oleh Susi Pudjiastuti pada tahun 2004. Susi Air terkenal sebagai maskapai yang menyediakan layanan penerbangan perintis, terutama ke daerah-daerah terpencil di Indonesia yang sulit dijangkau oleh maskapai komersial besar.

Maskapai ini awalnya didirikan untuk mendukung bisnis perikanan Susi Pudjiastuti, tetapi kemudian berkembang menjadi maskapai yang melayani rute-rute penerbangan regional dan perintis. Susi Air memiliki armada pesawat kecil, seperti Cessna Grand Caravan dan Pilatus PC-6 Porter, yang cocok untuk mendarat di landasan pacu pendek dan tidak beraspal.

Berbasis di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, Susi Air telah menjadi salah satu maskapai perintis terkemuka di Indonesia. Maskapai ini tidak hanya melayani penerbangan reguler, tetapi juga menawarkan layanan charter dan evakuasi medis. Susi Air sering beroperasi di wilayah yang membutuhkan transportasi udara untuk mendukung aksesibilitas dan mobilitas, terutama di wilayah-wilayah yang minim infrastruktur.

Susi Air juga dikenal dengan komitmennya terhadap keselamatan dan keamanan penerbangan, serta keberhasilannya dalam menghadirkan layanan penerbangan ke daerah-daerah yang kurang terlayani di Indonesia.

Saat ini PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) membuka lowongan kerja bulan Agustus 2024 untuk mencari sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas agar dapat bergabung bersama mereka dengan mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :

DEPUTY SAFETY AND QUALITY MANAGER

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aviation or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in implementing standard procedures for Quality, Safety, or Security.
  • Extensive knowledge of Indonesian and International Quality, Safety, and Security regulations.
  • Thorough understanding of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR).
  • Willingness to accept assignments in various locations throughout Indonesia.
  • Excellent planning and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, with the ability to manage work pressures effectively.
  • Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience in management and leadership positions.
  • Familiarity with auditing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • CASO Training certified by INACA or an equivalent certification (Preferred).
  • ISO 9001 Training (Preferred).
  • A current Dangerous Goods (DG) or AVSEC License (Preferred).

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE SAFETY AND QUALITY

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or a closely related field.
  • Fluent in English, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in applying standard procedures for Quality, Safety, or Security.
  • Deep knowledge of both Indonesian and International Quality, Safety, and Security regulations.
  • Strong understanding of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR).
  • Familiarity with DGCA regulations, including Safety Instructions (SI) and Advisory Circulars (AC).
  • Willingness to be placed in various locations throughout Indonesia.
  • Excellent planning and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to manage work-related pressures efficiently.
  • Understanding of auditing processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • CASO Training certified by INACA or equivalent certification (Preferred).
  • ISO 9001 Training certification (Preferred).
  • Current Dangerous Goods (DG) or AVSEC License (Preferred).
  • Possession of a K3 certificate (Preferred).

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE GENERAL

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Proficiency in office software.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Possesses good character, creativity, and innovation.
  • Willing to accept assignments anywhere in Indonesia.
  • Skilled in multitasking.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Flexible with working hours.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Effective team player.
  • Capable of creative thinking and analyzing each project or task.
  • Responsible for the execution of projects or activities.
  • Able to manage work pressure effectively.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE HUMAN RESOURCES

Requirements:

  • Training & Development: Overseeing employee training programs and coordinating professional growth opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Setting up and administering performance evaluation systems.
  • Policy Development: Creating and revising HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Handling employee relations, resolving disputes, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is an advantage.
  • Prior HR experience or internships is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Willing to be based at the Head Office in Pangandaran and travel across Indonesia as needed.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Proficiency with accounting software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to handle pressure effectively.
  • Creative, innovative, and possessing good character.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Flexible regarding working hours.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and agile work environment.
  • Willingness to accept assignments across Indonesia.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Possession of Brevet A and/or B certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Update daily cash positions and manage cash flow activities.
  • Prepare and execute cash management tasks, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque processing.
  • Manage bank accounts, including opening/closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Assist in implementing accounting policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

CHARTER & CALL CENTER OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with flight or charter reservations.
  • Maintain and update the database using spreadsheets.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify inquiries, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and database software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Skilled in multitasking, with a keen eye for detail and a perfectionist approach.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Flexibility with working hours.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to be stationed in Pangandaran, West Java.

MEDIA OFFICER

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree at minimum.
  • Experience in media, digital agencies, or other creative industries is an advantage.
  • Creative thinker with skills in content planning and social media management.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a creative team.
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and willing to work with various media formats.
  • Photography and digital marketing skills are beneficial.
  • Previous experience in branding and social media is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork abilities and effective workload management.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics.

OPERATION CONTROL CENTER

Requirements:

  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Preference given to candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Educational background in Aviation is required.
  • Must hold an active FOO License.
  • Completion of an Airline Operations course is necessary.
  • In-depth knowledge of Flight Operations, Airport Operations, Safety Regulations, and Procedures.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Willingness to be stationed throughout Indonesia.
