PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation atau yang lebih dikenal sebagai Susi Air, adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang didirikan oleh Susi Pudjiastuti pada tahun 2004. Susi Air terkenal sebagai maskapai yang menyediakan layanan penerbangan perintis, terutama ke daerah-daerah terpencil di Indonesia yang sulit dijangkau oleh maskapai komersial besar.

Maskapai ini awalnya didirikan untuk mendukung bisnis perikanan Susi Pudjiastuti, tetapi kemudian berkembang menjadi maskapai yang melayani rute-rute penerbangan regional dan perintis. Susi Air memiliki armada pesawat kecil, seperti Cessna Grand Caravan dan Pilatus PC-6 Porter, yang cocok untuk mendarat di landasan pacu pendek dan tidak beraspal.

Berbasis di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, Susi Air telah menjadi salah satu maskapai perintis terkemuka di Indonesia. Maskapai ini tidak hanya melayani penerbangan reguler, tetapi juga menawarkan layanan charter dan evakuasi medis. Susi Air sering beroperasi di wilayah yang membutuhkan transportasi udara untuk mendukung aksesibilitas dan mobilitas, terutama di wilayah-wilayah yang minim infrastruktur.

Susi Air juga dikenal dengan komitmennya terhadap keselamatan dan keamanan penerbangan, serta keberhasilannya dalam menghadirkan layanan penerbangan ke daerah-daerah yang kurang terlayani di Indonesia.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – GENERAL

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Proficient in office software applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Capable of working independently as well as in a team setting.
Possess a positive attitude, creativity, and innovation.
Willing to be assigned anywhere across Indonesia.
Skilled at multitasking and highly organized.
Adaptable with flexible working hours.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrates creativity and analytical thinking in project handling.
Takes accountability for assigned tasks and projects.
Can perform effectively under pressure.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – LEGAL

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law from a well-known university.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Proficient in drafting and reviewing corporate contracts.
Experienced in handling company documents and licenses.
Adept at managing legal matters, including both civil and criminal cases.
Discreet and reliable in managing sensitive information.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Willing to relocate and work across Indonesia.
Strong multitasking skills.
Flexible with work hours.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Legal Team on various legal, regulatory, and compliance issues, involving both internal and external stakeholders.
Draft and prepare legal documents as required by the company.
Provide internal legal counsel to staff regarding legal matters.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company.

FLIGHT OPERATIONS OFFICER (FOO)

Requirements:

Educational background in aviation, aeronautical engineering, or a related field.
Holds a valid Flight Operations Officer (FOO) license.
Possession of a Dangerous Goods Type A license is a plus.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong understanding of flight regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Willing to be assigned across various locations in Indonesia.
Capable of working under high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct flight planning, including route selection, fuel calculations, adherence to regulations, and obtaining flight permits.
Monitor weather conditions and provide updates as necessary.
Communicate and coordinate with pilots and Air Traffic Control (ATC).
Supervise flights in real-time and respond promptly to emergencies.

OPERATION CONTROL CENTER (OCC)

Requirements:

Fresh graduates are welcome, but 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
Educational background in aviation is essential.
Must hold an active Flight Operations Officer (FOO) license.
Completion of airline operations training is mandatory.
Thorough understanding of airport operations, safety regulations, and procedures.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Performs well under pressure.
Willing to be assigned anywhere in Indonesia.
Knowledgeable about flight operations.
