DIGITAL BANK PERFORMANCE
Job Description:
- Gather assumptions (DPK balance, user numbers, macroeconomic factors, seasonality) relevant to the projected TPF balance.
- Collaborate with funding units (both digital and conventional) concerning the development of products and services that impact financial performance.
- Work with internal marketing teams to gather information on upcoming marketing programs.
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial projections related to funding based on discussions with relevant teams.
- Assess the financial performance related to funding and track DPK target achievements according to the business plan.
- Build a database for marketing costs, monitor utility usage, and analyze the effectiveness of digital funding marketing programs.
- Verify the accuracy of transaction bookkeeping based on data used in financial projections.
- Compile quarterly reports on the realization of the Bank’s Business Plan (RBB).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Management, or Economics.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in finance, banking, consulting, or a related industry.
- Knowledge of banking laws and regulations from BI, OJK, and other regulatory bodies.
- Strong analytical skills, both financial and non-financial.
- Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Job Description:
- Follow up on system-related proposals and inquiries from customers, submitted via customer service or relevant business units.
- Address application system issues reported by customers or the internal bank team in line with the Service Level Agreement.
- Report critical incidents to relevant regulatory authorities.
- Ensure all system features function properly in production environments, performing regression testing on each live deployment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for identifying improvement areas and enhancing the product experience.
- Familiar with SQL and Ms. Excel.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

ANTI-FRAUD
Job Description:
- Proactively identify gaps in the Bank’s existing systems and processes, designing recommendations to address these gaps, while balancing Anti-fraud controls, costs, operations, and customer experience.
- Conduct fraud risk assessments in various departments to prevent internal fraud.
- Assist the team lead in analyzing data to improve the processes and systems within the Fraud Operations team.
- Work with the social media team to develop Anti-fraud awareness content.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the Bank to manage Anti-fraud initiatives. - Conduct fraud risk assessments on new or enhanced features.
- Prepare Anti-fraud reports for both regulators and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-fraud regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, preferably in the banking industry.
- Bachelor’s degree; a major in Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking, along with strong communication skills.
- Python proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and industry standards.
SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCING
Job Description:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the business, including expanding a network of contacts to increase the client base.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners, resolving issues and providing feedback efficiently and on time.
- Identify opportunities within the portfolio of commercial and consumer products, as well as banking services.
- Track and report the status of projects, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customized service offerings.
- Represent the company at networking and social events to establish relationships with potential clients in informal settings.
- Negotiate, draft, and review contract terms with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, technology, or consulting. Domain knowledge in banking or fintech is essential.
- Proven experience in strategic and B2B partnerships, with a successful track record of developing and maintaining relationships.
- Knowledge of supply chain financing and lending business models.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively across functions and collaborate as part of a team.
- Skilled at delivering persuasive presentations and influencing key decision-makers in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
OPERATIONAL AUDIT
Job Description:
- Execute the audit plan according to the Annual Audit Work Program.
- Perform a risk assessment of the Internal Audit universe on an annual basis.
- Provide recommendations and inputs related to policies.
- Prepare Audit Result Reports.
- Conduct training and outreach on internal controls for Head Office, Branch Offices, and Sub-Branch Offices.
- Track the resolution of audit findings and report progress to the Head of Department.
- Prepare mandatory reports for internal purposes and regulators such as OJK.
- Offer consultation to stakeholders on improving internal control processes in operational activities at both the head office and branch offices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant areas.
- Must be willing to travel to branch locations.
- English communication skills are an advantage.
- General knowledge, skills, and competencies in accounting principles, credit processes, and/or banking regulations (particularly in treasury and loans) are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and proven ability to work in a team.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven.
- Good oral and written communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
COLLECTION REPORTING
Job Description:
- Gather necessary data for preparing billing reports and asset recovery documentation.
- Produce regular reports related to billing and asset recovery.
- Develop report visualizations using dashboards or slides as requested by relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Collection MIS within banking or financial institutions.
- Technical skills in data mining and analysis using SAS, SQL, or Python are preferred.
- Ability to analyze financial reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
