LIVE STREAM HOST STAFF
Job Description:
- Compile regular reports on live stream performance (e.g., total views, highlights, top viewers, total minutes, new followers, etc.)
- Creative in generating live-streaming content
- Able to spot trends and popular topics in the Indonesian market
- Work location: Hanasui Studio, Graha Raya, Tangerang
Job Requirements:
- Passionate about live streaming and engaging with customers
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate in English is an advantage
CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF
Job Description:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to improve products and services
- Follow company policies and comply with relevant regulations
- Work location: Head Office, Alam Sutera, Tangerang
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Comfortable using technology and quick to learn new systems
REGULATORY AFFAIRS SUPERVISOR (SPV)
Job Description:
- Manage product registrations, renewals, and new submissions
- Prepare and review regulatory submissions and maintain accurate records
- Stay informed on regulatory updates and assess their impact on products
- Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory bodies to resolve compliance issues
- Work location: Factory, Bitung, Tangerang
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of BPOM regulations, HALAL certification, ISO standards, CPKB, and PKRT
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Proven track record in handling product registrations, renewals, and new submissions
STOCK OPNAME STAFF
Job Description:
- Perform stock audits with integrity and precision
- Maintain an objective stance during stock audits
- Be detail-oriented when verifying stock and identifying discrepancies
- Address issues arising from audits swiftly and efficiently
- Independently conduct stock audits
- Work location: Head Office, Alam Sutera, Tangerang
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in stock opname or inventory control
- Thorough understanding of warehouse inventory movement processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel and work in different locations
- Preferably based in Tangerang
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT STAFF (SKINCARE)
Job Description:
- Develop new product concepts through thorough market trend research, focusing on skincare
- Innovate new products, including formulations, packaging, and other product components
- Oversee the entire product innovation process
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to gather insights for product decisions
- Generate and distribute product knowledge insights
- Work location: Head Office, Alam Sutera, Tangerang
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in product development, preferably in skincare
- Strong analytical thinking, marketing sense, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Capable of conducting market research and synthesizing feedback data
PPIC STAFF
Job Description:
- Create and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, current inventory, and production capacity
- Monitor and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory
- Analyze production and inventory data to forecast needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory, and relevant metrics
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to production and inventory
- Work location: Factory, Bitung, Tangerang
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or inventory control, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Proven experience in managing production schedules and inventory in a fast-paced environment
