Grand Indonesia terletak di jantung ibu kota, tepatnya di Jalan M.H. Thamrin, dan terdiri dari dua bagian utama yaitu East Mall dan West Mall yang dihubungkan oleh Skybridge. HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

Job Descriptions:

  • Ensure consistent high-quality performance in service delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and provide courteous service in areas such as the lobby, facilities, restrooms, and pest control.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks regularly to uphold cleanliness and tidiness standards, including tenant units as requested.
  • Adhere to standards of personal hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
  • Manage and control the supply of cleaning materials, provisions, and equipment to avoid damage.
  • Oversee housekeeping procedures, including handling lost and found items, lock control, and emergency protocols relevant to the department.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or D3 degree.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong physical stamina and endurance.
  • Capable of working diligently and independently.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER

Job Descriptions:

  • Foster loyalty by providing a personal touch when greeting and assisting customers at the G CARD Lounge.
  • Address complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage G CARD transactions.
  • Ensure smooth operation of facilities in the G CARD Lounge for customer convenience.
  • Build positive and professional connections with customers.
  • Generate reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Service-oriented with a strong focus on people.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Well-groomed with a pleasant demeanor.

FRONT OFFICE AGENT

Job Descriptions:

  • Deliver excellent service to tenants.
  • Manage and coordinate incoming requests, complaints, and inquiries, forwarding them to the appropriate departments.
  • Develop and maintain positive communication and relationships with tenants.
  • Keep the tenant database current and update tenant information as needed.
  • Be well-versed in products and services relevant to residents’ daily needs.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa and English, with proficiency in additional international languages being a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in front office operations.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Skilled in computer operations.
