Didirikan pada tahun 1999, perusahaan ini merupakan hasil kerja sama antara Honda Motor Co., Ltd., Jepang, dan PT Prospect Motor, Indonesia. HPM bertanggung jawab atas produksi, distribusi, serta penjualan mobil-mobil Honda di seluruh Indonesia.
HPM memiliki fasilitas produksi di Karawang, Jawa Barat. RECRUITMENT FOR STAFF POSITIONS (December 2024)
General Requirements (STAFF):
- Possess a TOEIC/TOEFL certification with a minimum score of 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL.
- Hold a full-dose COVID-19 vaccination certificate (1st booster is an advantage).
- Own a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (SKCK) issued by the Indonesian Police.
SALES PLANNING & NIGURI STAFF
- Develop innovative and effective marketing strategies to be implemented across Honda dealerships, aiming to achieve sales targets. This role includes tracking and analyzing the strategies’ outcomes to ensure continuous enhancement and success.
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing Management, or Business.
- Strong analytical thinking with keen attention to detail.
- Skilled in numerical data processing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Location: Sunter, North Jakarta.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS STAFF
- Oversee performance appraisal processes using the global SAP SuccessFactors platform. Collaborate effectively with Honda’s regional and global system developers to achieve desired results.
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Industrial Engineering.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

CUSTOMER CARE SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT STAFF
- Design and implement a robust CRM program to build customer trust and satisfaction. Plan and develop a user-friendly Data Enhancement system with mobile application integration. Work closely with other departments to optimize customer data for impactful marketing strategies.
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Preferably experienced in system development projects.
- Knowledge of software development fundamentals, processes, and requirements.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Location: Sunter, North Jakarta.
PARTS EXPORT CONTROL STAFF
- Manage export operations by overseeing parts orders from Asian Parts Center Thailand, coordinating with local procurement and internal teams to ensure availability, and meeting delivery deadlines.
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management.
- Proficient in MS Excel (data input, processing, arithmetic, and statistical calculations).
- Understanding of supply chain management.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

PARTS INVENTORY CONTROL STAFF
- Oversee inventory levels to meet market demand while maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring the timely availability of non-current parts under optimal procurement conditions.
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management.
- Proficient in MS Excel (data input, processing, arithmetic, and statistical calculations).
- Understanding of supply chain management.
- Detail-oriented and systematic in approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS STAFF
- Encourage teamwork while ensuring compliance with company policies to create a positive work environment. Provide coaching to employees facing disciplinary actions, helping them recognize and improve their behavior. Collaborate with risk owners to anticipate and manage potential labor-related risks.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Management.
