Saat ini PT Supraco Indonesia membuka lowongan kerja bulan September 2024 untuk mencari sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas agar dapat bergabung bersama mereka dengan mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :

TOOL PUSHERS

Qualifications:

At least seven (7) years of experience in well services workover, including a minimum of three (3) years as a tool pusher.
Completion of the following training programs:

– Valid IADC WellSharp or IWCF Well Control certificate.
– Valid MIGAS Ahli Perawatan Sumur Certificate.
– MIGAS Basic Rigging & Slinging certification.
– Advanced Fire Fighting and First Aid certification.
– At least a Senior High School diploma.

RIG ENGINEER

Qualifications:

At least seven (7) years of experience in well services workover.
Completion of the following training programs:

– Valid IADC WellSharp or IWCF Well Control certificate.
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

DRILLERS

Qualifications:

At least seven (7) years of experience in well services workover, including at least two (2) years as a driller.
Completion of the following training programs:

– Valid IADC WellSharp or IWCF Well Control certificate.
– Valid MIGAS Juru Bor Certificate.
– MIGAS Basic Rigging & Slinging certification.
– Strong communication skills.

DERRICKMAN

Qualifications:

MIGAS certification (Operator Menara Bor) with a minimum of five (5) years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily rig operations and activities as required by the driller and tool pusher.
Adhere to Company and Contractor HSE Procedures and Standards.
Maintain effective communication with the rig team leader.

MECHANIC/ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least five (5) years of experience as a mechanic or electrician on a drilling or workover rig, with familiarity in hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and generators.
Ability to troubleshoot engine and rig operational issues and knowledge of rig equipment preventive maintenance programs.
Valid certification in maintenance management.
Good communication skills.

ASSISTANT MECHANIC/ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least three (3) years of experience as a mechanic or electrician on a drilling or workover rig, with familiarity in hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and generators.
Ability to troubleshoot engine and rig operational issues and knowledge of rig equipment preventive maintenance.
Good communication skills.

TRUCK PUSHER

Qualifications:

At least three (3) years of experience as a truck pusher in rig operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.

MATERIAL CONTROL (MATERIAL MAN)

Qualifications:

Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Material Controller for Drilling, Workover, Well Service, or Completion Jobs.
Basic knowledge of rig equipment, including their specifications and dimensions.

WELDER

Qualifications:

At least three (3) years of experience as a welder in rig operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification in welding for oil and gas operations, complying with Company HSE regulations and government/MIGAS standards.

ASSISTANT WELDER

Qualifications:

At least three (3) years of experience in welding for rig operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.

CARPENTER

Qualifications:

At least three (3) years of experience as a carpenter supporting rig operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.

HELPER

Qualifications:

At least three (3) years of experience as a helper supporting rig operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
