PT Timas Suplindo adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri minyak dan gas serta sektor energi. Perusahaan ini menawarkan layanan konstruksi dan pemeliharaan fasilitas industri, termasuk pipa, tangki, dan struktur lainnya yang berkaitan dengan sektor minyak dan gas. PT Timas Suplindo memiliki keahlian dalam manajemen proyek yang mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan proyek untuk memastikan bahwa semua aspek dilakukan sesuai standar dan jadwal.

PPC LEAD

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the project plan, ensuring it is adhered to.
  • Manage and facilitate project schedules, daily meetings, retrospectives, and coordinate meeting arrangements.
  • Monitor and control project costs, quality, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to provide updates on project progress and plans.

Requirements:

  • Maximum age of 40 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 to 6 years of experience working with an EPCI company or in fabrication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledgeable in interpreting drawings and specifications, general contracts and subcontract documents, materials, and methods
  • Experienced in preparing technical and commercial proposals
  • Skilled in Microsoft Project and S-Curve analysis
  • Willing to work at project sites

HSSE COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee HSSE policies and procedures at project sites.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to HSSE regulations and standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Perform regular HSSE audits and inspections of the site.
  • Develop and conduct HSSE training programs.
  • Create and manage emergency response plans.
  • Prepare and present HSSE performance reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Male, with a maximum age of 40 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related area
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an EPCI company
  • AK3 certification (general, oil, and gas)
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with strong analytical skills
  • Willing to be stationed at project sites

CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all preparation specifications meet client requirements and international standards.
  • Develop and revise civil engineering analyses, specifications, and data sheets.
  • Review and verify vendor documents.
  • Prepare and create instrument analyses.
  • Develop and draft instrument specifications.
  • Conduct site surveys.

Requirements:

  • Maximum age of 35 years
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an EPCI company
  • Experience in preparing SOPs or procedures for various instruments
  • Proficient in civil engineering software
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and regulations
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken (preferred)

FINANCE PROJECT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all expenses are supported by proper documentation.
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing Cash and Bank Expenditures and Receipts.
  • Have the authority to reject any fund or payment requests lacking complete and clear supporting documents.
  • Summarize funding requests submitted by users and salary applications processed by site HRD and approved by site management.
  • Manage funds received from the head office according to the approved budget, ensuring all expenditures are supported by relevant documents.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team at the Head Office regarding project cash flow and financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Male, up to 33 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 3 years of experience in a finance role
  • Strong knowledge of taxation, including withholding tax and PPh
  • Excellent skills in accounting and tax regulations
  • Proficient in online banking software, SAP, and Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Systematic, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Willing to be stationed at project sites

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT STAFF

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze the company’s business processes, offering recommendations for enhancements to boost overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct internal audits for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
  • Prepare and update procedures or quality documents in line with the approved Process Flow Diagrams (PFD).
  • Create reports to track operational performance and improve operational visibility.
  • Ensure that proposed improvement initiatives are effectively executed and integrated.

Requirements:

  • Male, at least 31 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SOP development or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written), with good analytical abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (including MS Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Axure)
  • Knowledgeable about ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
  • Skilled in problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement

HR & GA PROJECT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment and enhance the quality of human resources at the project site.
  • Ensure smooth processing of payroll calculations and employee recruitment.
  • Manage and implement HR policies effectively at the site.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to foster a conducive work environment.
  • Calculate site-specific employee payroll and report to the HR Head Office.
  • Conduct recruitment activities at the site according to the Manpower Planning.
  • Manage maintenance of all supporting facilities at the site.
  • Handle employee accommodation and leave arrangements on-site.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to GA (General Affairs).
  • Coordinate with the HR Manager at Head Office on HR and GA issues in the field.

Requirements:

  • Male, up to 35 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRGA roles within an EPCI company or Oil & Gas Contractor
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and negotiation skills; must be honest and proactive
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Willing to be stationed at the project site
