Job Description:

  • The ODP Regional Business program is designed to prepare you for leadership roles within various functions and levels at Bank Mandiri. The program aims to develop leaders and skilled Retail Bankers with expertise in retail funding, lending, transactions, and services. Throughout your development journey, you will receive training from seasoned bankers and leaders, covering various aspects of Retail Banking and leadership. The program begins with intensive classroom education, followed by on-the-job training and rotations across different departments of the Bank. Your training will include exposure to roles within our Branches, Area/Regional Offices, and/or the Head Office, focusing on our retail business segments, such as branch operations, deposits, wealth management, retail loans, and retail transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from a reputable university, either locally or internationally, in a relevant field of study.
  • Grade Point Average:
    – Bachelor’s degree (S1): Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale, or its equivalent.
    – Master’s degree (S2): Minimum GPA of 3.20 on a 4.00 scale, or its equivalent.
  • Age Limit at Selection:
    – Bachelor’s degree (S1): Maximum age of 25 years.
    – Master’s degree (S2): Maximum age of 27 years.
  • Skills: Strong professional demeanor with effective networking and communication abilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Family Relations: No immediate family members (parents, siblings) currently employed at Bank Mandiri.
  • Marital Status: Single, never married, and committed to remaining unmarried during the first year of the program.
  • Willingness to Relocate: Ready to be stationed anywhere across Indonesia.
