RELATIONSHIP MANAGER FUNDING

Job Overview:

  • Drive the growth of funding products and manage a portfolio of customers.
  • Acquire new clients and nurture strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Ensure that all customer relationships comply with relevant regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or in a related role within the banking sector, with a focus on funding products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional sales skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Extensive networking capabilities and familiarity with the target market.
  • Open to placement at SeaBank’s Bintaro Branch or Kelapa Gading Branch.

CORPORATE FUNDING RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Job Overview:

  • Manage and retain current corporate clients while securing new ones.
  • Experience or knowledge in the deposit, payroll, and supply chain segments is a valuable asset.
  • Actively identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities for SeaBank’s products and services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Must excel in sales and be driven by targets.
  • Possess extensive networking abilities and a deep understanding of the potential market.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Corporate Relationship Manager or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Extensive networking capabilities and familiarity with the corporate funding market.
  • Willing to work at SeaBank’s Head Office in Jakarta.

DC SITE ENGINEER

Job Overview:

  • Monitor and support Sea Network Infrastructure and related services, responding to anomalies in graphs/logs and system alerts received via email, SMS, or phone calls.
  • Quickly identify network issues based on SOPs and best practices, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Execute basic Linux commands for diagnostics and analyze the results for initial troubleshooting.
  • Utilize basic commands on Cisco/Huawei switches, routers, and firewalls to understand configurations and the overall network topology.
  • Proactively follow up with internal or external parties on progress and prepare official incident reports.
  • Review incidents and propose service improvement plans to the Network Engineering team.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of Ethernet networks, IT service management, and Linux/Windows systems.
  • Familiarity with fundamental network concepts such as ARP, VLAN, ACL, eBGP, iBGP, BGP-RR, OSPF, MPLS, and VRF.
  • Knowledge of basic network monitoring tools like Zabbix, Cacti, etc.
  • Proficiency in technical report writing and documentation.
  • Holding Huawei/CISCO certifications is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Willing to relocate to Cibitung.

CUSTOMER OPERATIONS (PROCESS & DOCUMENT CONTROL)

Job Overview:

  • Analyze and compile all requested information into SOP/TGU drafts, ensuring they are in compliance with standards.
  • Follow up with requesters to gather complete information needed for SOPs/TGUs, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Develop and disseminate all relevant data and information to the team, ensuring that both new and refreshed information is effectively communicated to each team member.
  • Review approved SOP/TGU drafts to ensure that the latest information shared with team members is accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with the Customer Operations Team to identify daily operational issues and revise, adjust, or add information to the SOP/TGU for future improvements.
  • Regularly update SOPs/TGUs to ensure compliance with banking regulations related to risk control.
  • Compile, collect, and submit periodic reports on Progress Updates/Information Trackers to provide accurate data to the C-OPS team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role as part of an SOP/Compliance team in Banking or Contact Center.
  • Proficient in document processing tools, data processing, and Microsoft Office.
  • Placement: Solo, Surakarta.

CUSTOMER OPERATIONS (KMS)

Job Overview:

  • Oversee learning websites and ensure that e-learning content is developed according to team needs to enhance customer operations services.
  • Manage information displayed as infographics on Big Screen monitors, aligning with team requirements to support service improvements.
  • Maintain the Help Center Website, ensuring it provides accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Gather and upload information to the e-learning platform to ensure the Customer Operations Team has access to precise and relevant content.
  • Regularly check and update e-learning content to ensure the most current information is uploaded and properly documented.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Operations Team to collect the latest updates for display on e-learning platforms.
  • Collect, upload, verify, and update information in the Help Center so that customers can easily find the information they need.
  • Compile, collect, and submit periodic reports on Progress Updates/Information Trackers to provide accurate information to the Leader Process Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Knowledge Management Systems (KMS), training, or Quality Assurance.
  • Proficient in document processing tools, data processing, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to operate graphic design tools and software (Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, and other design software) is a plus.
  • Proficient in video editing tools and software.
  • Placement: Solo, Surakarta.
