PT. Aerotrans Services Indonesia, yang dikenal dengan merek Aerotrans, adalah anak perusahaan dari Garuda Indonesia Group yang bergerak di bidang jasa transportasi darat. Didirikan pada tahun 1988 dengan nama PT Mandira Erajasa Wahana (MEW) sebagai unit bisnis dari Aerowisata, Aerotrans awalnya berfokus pada penyediaan layanan transportasi untuk mendukung operasional Garuda Indonesia.
Seiring dengan perkembangan perusahaan, Aerotrans telah memperluas layanannya ke berbagai sektor, termasuk industri penerbangan, pariwisata, minyak dan gas, pertambangan, serta perbankan. Perusahaan ini menyediakan lebih dari 1.500 unit armada yang terdiri dari bus (besar, sedang, kecil, dan mikro), kendaraan niaga (van, box, dan pick-up), kendaraan pendukung penerbangan (seperti hi-lift truck dan low deck buses), serta kendaraan rental (sedan).
Saat ini PT. Aerotrans Services Indonesia membuka lowongan kerja bulan Februari 2025 untuk mencari sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas agar dapat bergabung bersama mereka dengan mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :
BRAND DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING ANALYST
This position is responsible for pioneering new approaches in marketing communication strategy within the marketing & sales division. You will work closely with the team to create a comprehensive branding strategy roadmap and implement the overall plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and report on integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the VP to oversee and manage marketing initiatives.
- Conduct competitor research and provide insights to enhance the marketing strategy.
- Keep up with market trends and digital developments relevant to the brand.
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field, with at least two years of experience.
- Strong project management abilities and excellent copywriting skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Experience in brand activation and B2B branding is a plus.
FACILITY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR (GENERAL AFFAIR SUPERVISOR)
This position is responsible for planning, designing, and budgeting for building or room maintenance, renovations, and new construction projects. You will oversee all aspects of building maintenance, ensuring the proper implementation of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and routine inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop plans, designs, and budgets for building maintenance, renovations, or new construction.
- Manage the entire building maintenance process, including enforcing safety regulations, implementing emergency procedures, supervising maintenance staff, conducting regular
- inspections, and preparing reports.
- Handle breakdown reports and develop appropriate maintenance strategies.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of experience in Facility or Building Management, with a minimum of one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proficiency in creating SD engineering drawings.
- Strong knowledge of Facility Management SOPs, HSE regulations, and Asset Management.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS SECRETARY (BOD SECRETARY)
This position is responsible for handling administrative and clerical duties for the Director and Deputy Director. You will manage the distribution of internal and external communications, oversee petty cash for executive expenses, and coordinate the Board of Directors’ schedules and agendas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the BOD assistant to manage administrative and clerical duties for the executive office.
- Distribute internal and external memos, reports, and other essential information.
- Handle petty cash for executive use, including preparing financial reports and invoices.
- Assist in organizing and managing the Board of Directors’ schedules and agendas.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, with at least one year of relevant experience.
- Excellent and professional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong writing skills for drafting emails, memos, and reports.
- Proficiency in project and budget management.
- Tech-savvy, with expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
