Grand Indonesia terletak di jantung ibu kota, tepatnya di Jalan M.H. Thamrin, dan terdiri dari dua bagian utama yaitu East Mall dan West Mall yang dihubungkan oleh Skybridge. Pusat perbelanjaan ini dikenal sebagai destinasi gaya hidup yang menawarkan berbagai macam pilihan ritel, hiburan, dan kuliner.

Grand Indonesia memiliki berbagai tenant mulai dari merek-merek fashion internasional, restoran, hingga hiburan seperti bioskop dan area permainan. CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen customer loyalty by offering a personalized experience when welcoming and assisting them at the G CARD Lounge.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Manage and process G CARD transactions.
  • Ensure all facilities in the G CARD Lounge operate smoothly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Establish positive and professional connections with customers.
  • Prepare and submit required reports.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or associate degree with at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or F&B sector.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent service and connecting with people.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capable of communicating effectively in both spoken and written English.
  • Neat appearance with a friendly and approachable personality.

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with their needs.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Handle complaints and provide timely, appropriate solutions.
  • Oversee and process G CARD transactions.
  • Compile and deliver reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Ensure all customer-facing facilities are in good working condition for a seamless experience.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of prior experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong focus on customer service and interpersonal relationships.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable with technology and software tools.
  • Well-presented with a pleasant and professional attitude.

CONCIERGE OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Oversee and ensure the proper functioning of public facilities in accordance with set standards.
  • Supervise the implementation of promotional events and activities by Grand Indonesia tenants.

Requirements:

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards and best practices.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written; additional international languages are a plus.
  • Reliable, responsible, and professional in appearance and behavior.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to digital tools.
