Didirikan pada tahun 1958, Ultrajaya memiliki sejarah panjang dalam memproduksi susu cair UHT (Ultra High Temperature) dan berbagai produk minuman lainnya seperti teh dan jus.

Ultrajaya menggunakan teknologi UHT yang memungkinkan produk susu dan minuman lainnya bertahan lama tanpa pengawet dengan menjaga kualitas dan kesegaran produk. Ultrajaya terus berkembang seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan konsumen akan produk susu dan minuman sehat di Indonesia, serta tetap berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas dan inovasi produknya.

Saat ini PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk membuka lowongan kerja bulan November 2024 untuk mencari sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas agar dapat bergabung bersama mereka dengan mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :

HR ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities :

Create and execute strategies for organizational development that are thorough and impactful.
Develop and lead training sessions designed to improve employee skills and overall performance.
Perform assessments to determine training needs and evaluate performance to identify growth opportunities.
Promote a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.
Work closely with teams across various departments to facilitate organizational change.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in organizational development or HR.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful training programs.
Strong project management and facilitation capabilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation with a results-oriented approach.

HR IT & PERMIT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities :

Create and apply strategies to sustain positive labor relations.
Act as a bridge between management, employees, and LKS Bipartit.
Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the process for obtaining, renewing, and managing required permits and licenses.
Conduct investigations and mediate labor disputes.
Provide expert advice on issues related to employee relations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Engineering, or a relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in industrial relations or HR.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

IT INFRASTRUCTURE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities :

Plan, implement, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure.
Supervise network administration, server operations, and data storage solutions.
Safeguard IT systems and data by ensuring robust security measures.
Offer technical support to end-users.
Lead and manage IT-related projects and initiatives.
Define and assess IT infrastructure requirements.
Develop application systems as needed.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in IT technology.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure.
Solid understanding of ERP systems, HRIS, networking, server management, and security protocols.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
