Didirikan pada tahun 1958, perusahaan ini berkantor pusat di Bandung, Jawa Barat. Ultrajaya bergerak dalam produksi dan distribusi berbagai produk susu serta minuman lainnya.

Ultrajaya dikenal karena berbagai macam produk susu, termasuk susu cair, susu kental manis, dan susu bubuk. Selain produk susu, perusahaan ini juga memproduksi minuman seperti teh siap minum, jus buah, dan minuman berenergi. Beberapa merek terkenal dari Ultrajaya antara lain Ultra Milk dan Teh Kotak.

Ultrajaya menggunakan teknologi canggih dalam proses produksinya untuk memastikan kualitas dan keamanan produk. Salah satu inovasi utama adalah penggunaan teknologi UHT (Ultra High Temperature) yang memungkinkan susu dan minuman lainnya untuk memiliki masa simpan yang lebih lama tanpa pengawet.

Saat ini PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk  membuka lowongan kerja bulan Januari 2025 untuk mencari sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas agar dapat bergabung bersama mereka dengan mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :

HR ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive organizational development initiatives.
  • Design and conduct interactive training programs to enhance employee competencies.
  • Perform needs assessments and evaluate performance to identify areas for growth.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to facilitate organizational transformation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in organizational development or human resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver impactful training programs.
  • Strong skills in project management and facilitation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively.

HR IR & PERMIT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain harmonious labor relations.
  • Act as a bridge between management, employees, and the LKS Bipartit.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee the process of obtaining, renewing, and maintaining necessary permits and licenses.
  • Conduct investigations and mediate labor-related disputes.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial relations or HR.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

RM/PM RECEPTION ANALYST

Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming raw material documents, including certificates of analysis, delivery notes, halal certifications, and other essential paperwork, ensuring compliance with set standards.
  • Collect random or scheduled raw material samples for testing.
  • Perform various physical and chemical tests on raw material samples, such as moisture content, fat content, protein analysis, microbiological screening, and contaminant detection.
  • Interpret test results and compare them against predefined specifications.
  • Reject raw materials that fail to meet the required standards and notify relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably within the dairy sector.
  • Hands-on experience working in a physical chemistry laboratory, particularly in raw material analysis for food production.
  • Proficiency in fundamental chemical analysis techniques such as titration, gravimetry, and the use of instruments like UHPLC, ICP-OES, spectrophotometry, and Kjeldahl analysis.

IN LINE INSPECTOR & VALIDATOR OPERATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor key production parameters such as temperature, pressure, processing time, and product flow rate.
  • Collect product samples at critical control points for laboratory analysis.
  • Conduct rapid quality control tests on parameters like pH, temperature, protein content, and fat content.
  • Analyze test results and compare them to predefined specifications.
  • Adjust production settings as needed to maintain quality standards.
  • Prepare daily or periodic reports on monitoring and testing results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in dairy processing.
  • Hands-on experience in food production processes, from raw material preparation to final product processing.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning principles, including CIP and COP.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance protocols.

CLEANING IN PLACE (CIP) SAFEGUARD

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including personal hygiene protocols.
  • Verify that all activities align with the company’s Quality Management System procedures.
  • Conduct daily and monthly hygiene, GMP, CIP, and food safety inspections across plants and projects, reporting concerns to management.
  • Oversee pest control measures in manufacturing facilities and projects.
  • Maintain high hygiene and GMP standards to ensure audit readiness at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in dairy processing.
  • Practical experience in GMP audits, hygiene inspections, microbiology, pest control monitoring, HACCP, CIP, and sanitation.
  • Strong understanding of CIP and COP cleaning methods.
  • Proficiency in conducting GMP and CIP audits.

WORKSHOP & BUILDING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of building utility systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor and assess electrical systems for efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct building inspections, generate reports, and manage facility-related activities.
  • Assist with reporting, budgeting, employee development, and operational assessments in building management.
  • Support facility expansion projects within the manufacturing industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in dairy manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of utility and facility operations, particularly ammonia/freon refrigeration systems and electrical distribution.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and electrical installation plans.

ELECTRICAL & AUTOMATION SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automation solutions tailored to evolving business needs.
  • Identify critical automation components and create preventive maintenance plans.
  • Communicate automation maintenance strategies to key stakeholders, including maintenance planners.
  • Utilize data analytics to optimize processes and improve productivity.
  • Prepare detailed reports tracking project progress and key milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in planning, project control, or project administration.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and engineering principles, motion control, and robotic systems.
  • Proficiency in programming PLC, HMI, SCADA, OPC, and web-based visual applications.
  • Ability to interpret technical schematics, mechanical drawings, and wiring diagrams.

MAINTENANCE PLANNER SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive records of electrical, control, and instrumentation maintenance activities.
  • Analyze equipment performance data and generate reports.
  • Oversee execution of maintenance plans and manage work orders.
  • Coordinate spare part inventory with the warehouse team.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance support.
  • Ensure compliance with audit recommendations and best practices.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to optimize scheduling.
  • Update and manage the spare parts procurement list.
  • Directly oversee the execution of maintenance scheduling, including corrective, preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, project control, or project administration.
  • Strong understanding of plant project scheduling and material management.
  • Experience in combined cycle administration processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and reporting abilities.

SHE INSPECTOR

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect work areas, equipment, and procedures to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Document findings and prepare reports with observations and recommendations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing SHE programs, including emergency response, hazard communication, and safety training.
  • Conduct employee safety training on various topics.
  • Maintain records related to SHE policies and compliance.
  • Promote a culture of safety among employees, vendors, and contractors.
  • Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine causes and preventative measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in SHE or project safety management.
  • Strong knowledge of SHE regulations, JSA, and HAZOP principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Perform production tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality guidelines.
  • Operate machinery and equipment in the UHT manufacturing process.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or deviations to supervisors.
  • Participate in routine equipment maintenance and sanitation.
  • Accurately complete production records and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in food or beverage production (preferably in UHT processing).
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Oracle, HRIS, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
